电子-导爆管雷管混合起爆网路在隧道爆破中的应用

     

摘要

随着电子雷管的普及,其减振优势已得到普遍认可。由于单价较高且在隧道工程爆破中使用量较大,其在工程成本控制上不具有优势。本文根据隧道爆破振动的特点,提出了2种形式的电子-导爆管雷管混合起爆网路,分别为分区混合起爆网路和孔内非电、孔外电子雷管接力混合起爆网路,并在3种不同类型的工程中得到了成功应用,有效地控制了爆破振动,降低了施工成本。在工程应用的基础上,对比分析了2种混合起爆网路的优缺点,可为类似工程的应用提供参考。%With the popularization of the electronic detonator,its advantage of vibration reduction has been w idely recognized. Because of its high unit price and large consumption in tunnel blasting,using electronic detonators is disadvantageous for engineering cost control. According to the characteristics of tunnel blasting vibration,tw o types of hybrid igniting circuits of electronic and non-electronic detonator were put forward. One was the sub-region mixed initiating circuit,the other was the mixed initiating circuit of the internal non-electronic and external electronic relay mixed. T hese two types of hybrid igniting circuits had been successfully applied in three different types of projects, the engineering blasting vibration w as effectively controlled,and engineering construction cost w as reduced. O n the basis of engineering application,the advantages and disadvantages of two types of mixed initiating circuits were compared and analyzed,which could provide reference for the application of similar projects.
