铁路隧道橡胶止水带锚固性能试验研究

         

摘要

铁路隧道止水带与衬砌结构的锚固性能是衡量衬砌接缝防水能力、变形能力及施工适应性的关键参数.基于普通橡胶止水带与自粘橡胶止水带的锚固机理,对二者的锚固性能进行了对比试验.结果表明:自粘橡胶止水带在水泥砂浆中的锚固强度远大于普通橡胶止水带,提高了衬砌接缝防水能力及其与衬砌结构的变形适应能力,能满足铁路隧道衬砌接缝防水及工程使用的要求.%The anchoring performance between the waterstop of railway tunnel and lining structure is a key parameter to measure waterproof ability, deformability and construction adaptability of tunnel lining joint. The comparative tests for anchoring performance of common rubber waterstop and self-adhesive rubber waterstop were carried out based on the anchoring mechanism of them.The results show that the anchoring strength of self-adhesive rubber waterstop is far greater than that of common rubber waterstop in cement mortar, which could improve the waterproof ability of lining joint and its adaptability to the lining structure deformation, and could meet the requirements of waterproof and engineering use for lining joints of railway tunnel.
