大直径越江跨海盾构隧道修建过程中,普遍会发生上浮现象,且往往伴随着管片破损、错台,直接影响隧道施工安全.本文依托长沙南湖路湘江隧道工程,结合现场施工情况和监测数据,对浅覆大直径盾构隧道施工阶段管片上浮原因进行了分析.基于监测结果,从改善上覆土特性、同步注浆优化、控制掘进参数、管片上浮处理等方面提出了有针对性的上浮控制措施,并在后续盾构掘进施工过程中得到了成功运用,有效控制了管片上浮的发生.%The floating phenomenon always happened during the construction of cross river or sea tunnel with large-diameter,accompanied with segments damage and dislocation,which would directly effect the safety of tunnel construction. Taking the Changsha Nanhu Road Xiangjiang cross river tunnel project as background,the mechanism of large-diameter segments floating during construction were analyzed by combination the site conditions and monitoring data. Based on monitoring data,some floating-control measures were proposed,such as improvement of overlaying soil characteristics,synchronous grouting,driving parameters control and segments floating treatment. The measures were successfully adopted during the subsequent shield driving and prevented the segments floating happening again.
