WZ500C通用型无砟轨道铺轨机的研制及应用

摘要

石太客运专线无砟轨道500 m长钢轨敷设施工技术研究中,研制出有自主知识产权的WZ500C通用型无砟轨道铺轨机.该铺轨机组采用前牵引车引导后推送装置推送的方式进行铺轨作业,牵引导向可变轮距设计,直接从T11长钢轨运输车进行500 m长钢轨敷设的设计.%In the technological research on the 500 m ballastless steel track hying of Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan ballastless track passenger dedicated line, WZ500C Universal-type ballasdess tracklayer was developed with independent intellectual proper-ty right. This tracklayer adopts tractor in the front and the pushing system at the post in track laying construction. The trac-tor guide is designed with variable tread, and the 500 m steel track was laid directly from T11 steel track transporter.
