GPZZ全液压往复式机械化轨排组装生产线工艺流程及实用新型发明

介绍自动翻枕龙门及全液压往复式机械化轨排组装生产系统的工艺流程、与传统生产线的最大区别，以及对其部分作业工序的实用新型发明改造。该系统是目前国内比较先进的轨排组装生产线，值得在机械铺轨工程中推广使用。%This article introduces the automatic sleeper-turning gantry and the process of hydraulic reciprocating mechanized track panel assembly system, their greatest difference between new production line and the traditional one, and the utility inventions of part operating procedures. The system is an advanced track panel assembly line in China at present, and worth promoting in mechanical track laying works.
