全液压轨排生产线在肯尼亚蒙内铁路的改进及应用研究

摘要

全液压单线往复式轨排生产线是机械化组装轨排的流水作业线，随着铁路铺轨技术的发展，对轨排组装质量及组装效率提出了更高的要求。本文结合肯尼亚蒙内铁路铺架基地配套的全液压单线往复式轨排生产线，对轨排生产线设备结构及轨排组装工艺进行了系统改进，指出了传统轨排生产线在轨排组装生产过程中存在的问题，并介绍了针对此类问题对液压翻枕龙门、机械匀枕设备等采取的改进措施及应用效果。%The hydraulic single reciprocating track panel production line is mechanic track panel production line.With the development of railway track laying technology,we put forward higher requirements on the quality and efficiency of track panel production.This article introduced some improved measures about equipment structure and assembly process,which was suitable for the hydraulic single reciprocating track panel production line used in Mombasa-Nairobi Railway in Kenya. Then,it mentioned some questions about the procedure for traditional assembling of track panel.What’s more,it ex-plained the improvement measures and application effect on the hydraulic turning-sleeper equipment and mechanic divided-sleeper mechanism.
