保障性居住小区户外环境设计探析

摘要

近几年,我国政府对于保障性住房建设问题越来越关注,保障性住房的建设逐渐开始规范化、标准化,中央政府也不断推进保障新住房的建设进程,加大投资力度。然而,由于地产商从中获得利益颇少等诸多客观因素,保障性居住小区与其他商品房住区之间出现明显的断层,尤其是户外环境方面的设计手法简单且粗糙,使许多保障性住区内的居民不能对此产生归属感,大片的所谓的公共空间被遗弃,小区失去活力。将以北京市北辰福第小区为研究对象,针对这一现实问题对保障性居住小区户外环境设计进行研究,并给出一定的解决方法。%In recent years,the government is attaching more and more importance to the building of security housing.With the promotion and increasing investment from central government,the construction of security housing gradually becomes more normalized and standardized.And there comes an upsurge of security housing construction.However,due to the tiny margin property developer get,there is a great difference between security housing district and commercial housing district especially the outdoor environment design is not only simple but also rough.Thus the security housing residents have on sense of belongings,lots of public spaces are deserted which results in the loss of vitality in the district.Taking Beichen Fudi district as object for study,study on the outdoor environment design is carried out to provide some solutions to this problem.
