Disclosed are a method and a system for logging and sensing an outdoor environment and a method and a system for driving an application for notifying an outdoor environment. According to the present invention, the system for logging and sensing an outdoor environment comprises: a sensing unit which comprises a plurality of sensors and senses an outdoor environment; a storage unit to log sensing information of the sensed outdoor environment; a learning unit to learn the sensing information logged in the storage unit; a display unit to show the sensing information and notification suitable for an outdoor activity of a user according to a learning resu a communication unit to transmit the sensing information to a server to share the sensing information with a plurality of smart devices via a wireless router; and a control unit to consider sensing frequencies of the sensors and frequencies at which the sensors communicate with the server to control the sensing unit to perform a low power operation. The sensing information transmitted to the server can be transmitted to a cloud to store and manage the sensing information.
