Ruling grade should be selected according to the terrain conditions.The paper considered the adjacent network coordination,on the premise of meeting the requirements of traffic volume,combining the research of locomotive types and tractive tonnage,compared and selected some schemes in the light of technical and economic comparison,ruling grade should use 8‰ to obtain the best comprehensive benefits and facilitate transport organization.%限制坡度的选择应根据沿线地形条件，考虑相邻路网协调性，在满足运量要求的前提下，结合机车类型及牵引质量进行多方案研究，经技术经济比较，限制坡度采用8‰综合效益最好且便于运输组织。
