复杂地层盾构掘进姿态纠偏技术研究

     

摘要

针对长春地铁1号线一期工程卫星广场站—南环路站隧道施工过程中出现的盾构姿态偏差严重超限,且掘进过程中偏差逐渐增大的问题,依次尝试了7种盾构姿态纠偏技术,并对纠偏过程和效果进行了分析。结果表明:对于复杂地层,应慎用超挖刀纠偏措施;采用调整千斤顶推力、紧固管片螺栓、注双液浆、增设转弯环和在拼装机后方压重的综合纠偏技术,可有效解决该工程盾构姿态的偏差问题。本文研究成果可为类似工程提供借鉴。%Based on the serious attitude deviation and continuous increase during the shield tunnel construction in the Phase I Project from Weixing Plaza to South Loop Station of Changchun Metro Line 1,seven kinds of correction measures are taken in turn,the procedures and results of deviation are analyzed.The results show that the over cutter should be pru-dently use for deviation in complex stratum.Adjusting cylinder thrust force,fastening bolt of segment,grouting double mix-ture liquid,adding turning ring and putting heavy behind installed machine,these prove that solving the deviation problems of shield attitude of the project are effective.The study can provide a reference for similar projects.
