基于沪昆铁路地质断层基岩破碎区域桥梁桩基础工程实践,完善了旋挖钻全护筒跟进施工技术与工艺,并解决了跟进式护筒的结构设计和施工变形控制问题。在技术经济指标均衡合理的前提下,有效地解决了地震断裂带桩基穿越软弱破碎基岩层塌孔、卡钻孔、沉渣厚度过大及混凝土超耗等问题。工程检测表明:成桩完整性良好,质量达到 I 类桩标准。%Based on the engineering practice of bridge pile foundation of Shanghai-Kunming Railway in geological fault bedrock broken area,this paper designs and develops the construction technology and craft of rotary drilling full pile casing following up,at the same time the follow-through liners of the structure design and deformation control problem of construc-tion are solved.Under the premise of balanced and reasonable technical and economic indicators,it effectively solves the problems such as hole collapse caused by pile foundation of earthquake faults when passing through the soft and broken rock layer,the drilling,excessive sediment thickness and concrete consumption.Engineering test shows that the pile integrity is good and the quality reaches the standard of pile in first grade.
