UN5-150闪光焊机电压测试程序编制

摘要

针对UN5-150闪光焊机原PLC控制系统无法实现焊接电压自动测试，参数设置界面可读性差的问题，编写电压测试程序，该程序已成功应用于尼日利亚阿卡、阿布贾城铁和拉各斯轻轨项目轨道焊接中。该程序实现了焊接电压的自动测试，测试速度快，数据准确；实现了焊接电压真实值和PLC值之间的自动转换，使工艺参数设定更为直观，改善了工艺参数的可读性，为工艺参数调试提供了方便。%Due to the drawback of PLC control system of the UN5-150 flash-butt welding machine,it was unable to achieve the automatic welding voltage test,besides with the problem of readability for the interface of parameter setting.With the success of inventing new voltage test program,it was successfully applied to the railway welding in the projects of Abuja-Ka-duna Railway,Abuja Rail Mass Transit and Lagos Light Rail.The program achieved the automatic measurement of welding voltage which had the advantages of fast speed test and accurate parameter.Besides,this program could achieve the auto-matic transition between the parameter of welding voltage and PLC.It could make technological parameter setting easily ac-cess.With the advantage of improving the readability of the technological parameter,the adjustment for the technological parameter would become easier.
