Meeting European standard EN 14587-2: the Plasser & Theurer fully automatic APT 1500 R mobile flash-butt welding robot with integrated rail pulling device

In 2009, the European standard EN 14587-2 came into force, placing higher quality demands on the mobile flash-butt rail welding process. The new Plasser & Theurer fully automatic APT 1500 R flash-butt welding robot meets all the requirements defined by EN 14587-2 and even surpasses them.
