近接建筑物深大基坑开挖变形规律及施工控制技术研究

         

摘要

城市建设和交通改造的步伐越来越快,很多明挖车站出现在人员及建筑物密集区,因此研究超近距建筑物的车站开挖问题显得尤为关键。依托无锡地铁2号线河埒口地铁站深基坑开挖工程,对开挖引起居民楼附近深层墙体、土体水平位移进行监测,同时开展基坑开挖过程的数值模拟,分析了位移变化规律。进一步在给定位移控制条件下,得出了通过采取注浆加固、合理细化施工工序、实时监测等有效施工控制技术措施,确保基坑变形能够满足要求。%As the pace of urban construction and transport is growing faster and faster,a lot of open-cut stations are built in personnel and built-up area,it is particularly important to study the excavation of station which is close to the building.Re-lying on the deep foundation pit excavation of Heliekou Station in Wuxi Metro Line 2,this paper monitored the horizontal displacement caused by excavation of deep wall and soil adjacent to residential buildings.In addition,numerical simulation was carried out to analyze the change rule of underground continuous wall displacement during the deep foundation pit exca-vation.Furthermore,under the given displacement control condition,it was concluded that the effective construction control technology measures such as grouting reinforcement,reasonable construction sequence and real-time monitoring could satis-fy the deformation requirements.
