西山隧道竖井富水软弱破碎及采空区瓦斯综合治理研究

         

摘要

富水软弱破碎是地下工程建设中经常遇到的工程灾害,瓦斯采空区对工程带来严重威胁。针对西山隧道竖井穿经富水软弱破碎区及瓦斯采空区,分析该地区工程地质与水文地质特征,总结该类型工程的特点及治理重难点;通过对采空区瓦斯进行系统抽排,对注浆材料、注浆工艺、注浆方法的研究,确定了适用于西山隧道竖井的钻孔布置方法及注浆参数。该研究成果成功应用于西山隧道竖井注浆治理工程中,取得良好的治理效果,希望对类似工程提供一定借鉴。%Water-rich weak broken is often encountered in underground engineering construction,gob gas poses a serious threat to the project.Aimed at Xishan Tunnel shaft through water-rich weak broken and gob gas area,geological and hydro-geological characteristics of the project have been analyzed and the project feature,focal and difficult points have been sum-marized.The drilling arrangement methods and grouting parameters which are applicable to the Xishan Tunnel shaft have been determined by researching grouting materials,grouting technology and grouting methods.The research is successfully applied to Xishan Tunnel shaft grouting project,and achieves good control effect,hoping to provide a reference for similar projects.
