整列装卸用门式起重机长距离供电方案研究

     

摘要

对于笨重货物装卸用门式起重机而言,长距离供电产生的电压降成为影响供电设计方案的重要因素。对整列装卸用门式起重机供电要求、供电方式选择及长距离供电压降计算等进行了研究。对于整列装卸用门式起重机,可根据现场条件采用低支架安全型滑触线或高架电车铜滑线供电,并采用多点供电方案,提出了适应整列装卸用门式起重机作业工况的供电方案。%In regard to the gantry cranes used for heavy cargo stevedoring,the voltage drop caused by long distance power supply is an important factor influencing power supply design scheme.In this paper,power supply requirements,power supply schemes and the calculation of voltage drop are studied.For the whole train stevedoring gantry crane,low bracket safe trolley line or overhead tram copper slip line can be used for power supply according to the field conditions,and the multi-point power supply scheme is adopted.The gantry crane power supply solution is proposed to adapt the whole train stevedoring.
