摘要

This paper proposed some design concepts of Railway Passenger Transportation Service Quality Comprehensive Evaluation Information Processing System,described the core process and development idea of its six major components.Experiment showed that the System could meet the design principles of intelligent and humane,the expected goals were achieved.%本文提出铁路旅客服务质量综合评价信息处理系统的设计构想,介绍其6个组成部分的核心业务流程及相关研发理念.试验表明,该平台符合智能化、人性化的设计原则,实现了预期目标.
