单元平均恒虚警( CA-CFAR)检测方法在均匀杂波环境中通常能获得较好的检测性能。当杂波背景变得复杂或目标处于非均匀杂波环境, CA-CFAR方法的检测性能可能会大大下降。针对此问题,一种自适应单元平均CFAR ( ACA-CFAR)方法被应用于机场跑道异物( Foreign Object Debris, FOD)目标检测。仿真结果表明,当目标存在于杂波边缘或者多目标干扰环境时, ACA-CFAR方法可获得较好的检测性能,验证了该方法在复杂机场跑道环境的适用性。%Cell averaging CFAR( CA-CFAR) detection method is usually applied to homogeneous clutter background environment. However,when the background is complex or non-homogeneous, the performance of CA-CFAR may degrade greatly. Focusing on the effective detection of Foreign Object Debris( FOD) targets on airport runway,an adaptive cell averaging CFAR technique( ACA-CFAR) is used to obtain relatively good detection performance, especially when targets exist in the clutter edge or multi-targets interference environment.Experimental results show the effectiveness of the ACA-CFAR detector in the complex airport runway environment.
