齐鲁 HDPE 装置流化床料位控制方案及改进

摘要

介绍齐鲁HDPE装置流化床料位控制的设计理论，并对实际生产中出现的因多个变量导致的料位计算错误情况进行了分析。在只改变控制算法的情况下，提出了新型的料位控制方案，并加以实施。提高了控制的容错能力和可靠性。%The paper introduced design theory of material position control of fluidized bed in Qilu HDPE plant, and analyzed errors on calculation of material position due to multiple varia-bles in actual production.New control project on material position was put forth and executed under condition of changing only control algorithm, which increased fault-tolerant capacity and reliability of the control.
