关于道德治理几个问题的思考

摘要

Modern society needs moral governance,because it can fit the operation mode of modern social governance,re-flect the essence and purpose of modern social governance,defuse the pluralistic social high risk,offer coordination among stakeholders and greatest possibility of common values.Applied ethics promoted the development of ethical governance,it fit the goals of ethical governance,defined the object of ethical governance,contributed to the moral principles of governance, formed moral governance methods,optimized the effect of ethical governance.Moral governance as a new stage of moral devel-opment,characterized by Focusing on morals but more on specific matter,smoothing levels and establishing a new ethical rela-tions of subject and object,more heavily on universal moral values,methods becoming more professional.%现代社会更需要道德治理，因为它契合了现代社会治理的运行方式，体现出现代社会治理的本质和目的，化解了多元主体带来的社会高风险，为各利益主体协调和达成共通价值观提供了最大可能性。应用伦理学促进了道德治理的发展，它契合了道德治理的目的，明确了道德治理的对象，促成了道德治理的原则，形成了道德治理的方法，优化了道德治理的效果。道德治理作为道德发展的新阶段，表现为其目的重事也重德，抹平了主客体层次并建立了新的道德关系，更加倚重普世化的道德价值，方法更加专业化等。
