This article computes the effects of each failure mode for electromechanical product item applying FMECA approach. Then we construct fault trees that al the failure modes can possibly participate in and compute each failure mode’s criticality significance coefficient in order to achieve the quantification of item’s safety-critical degree. Furthermore, we can obtain the dynamic characteristics of item’s safety-critical degree throughout the lifetime phases by analyzing al the factors affecting safety-critical items.%本文首先通过FMECA1分析对机电产品部件的不同故障类型的危害度进行计算,然后通过对故障可能导致的事故类型构造事故树,计算每种故障类型的关键重要度系数,再对危害度和关键重要度系数进行合成实现了对部件的安全性关键度的度量。通过分析产品内外条件的改变对安全关键部件的影响从而得出部件安全性关键度在部件全寿命周期中的动态特性。
