探究国防生群体的整体压力及其各因子与主观幸福感的关系,为国防生教育工作提供参考。利用青少年活动事件量表和幸福感指数量表,通过对240名国防生的调查得出:(1)国防生压力源主要为学习压力、人际关系压力和健康适应压力;(2)国防生整体压力及其各因子和主观幸福感之间存在显著相关关系。%This research explored the relationship between pressure and subjective well-being, provided a reference for national defence students’ education. A survey on 240 national defense students found that: (1) National defense students’ pressure mainly came from learning pressure, interpersonal pressure and health. (2) There was a signifi-cant correlation between national defense students’ stressors and subjective well-being.
