惰性分离胶管采集和保存血糖标本在血糖监测中的可行性

摘要

目的：对在血糖监测中血糖标本采取惰性分离胶管进行采集和保存对检测结果的影响进行分析探讨.方法：抽取2012年1月-2012年8月间我院收治的需接受血糖检测的临床患者病例45例，分别采用惰性分离胶管和干燥管对同一患者进行血液采集，并对比分析两管标本的血糖检测结果.结果：两管各个时间段的血糖检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论：采用惰性分离胶管进行标本采集和保存不会对血糖检测结果产生显著影响，具有可行性.%　　objective:to blood glucose monitoring in blood specimens taken in inert separation hose collection and preservation of influence on measurement results were analyzed and discussed. Method:of extracting in 2012 January-2012 year in August in our hospital were required to accept blood glucose monitoring in patients with clinical cases and 45 cases, respectively, by using an inert separation tube and a drying tube on the same patients for blood collection, and the comparative analysis of two specimens of blood sugar determination. Results:of the two tube is a blood glucose detecting results have no significant difference ( P>0.05 ). Conclusion:using inert separation tube specimens were collected and preserved not on result of blood sugar determination has the remarkable influence, have feasibility.
