实验用小尾寒羊脊柱外科手术围手术期管理的探讨

摘要

The cervical spine of small-tail Han sheep have many similarities with that of human,such as ver-tebral height,endplate diameter,the radius vectors,transverse diameter of the spinal canal,sagittal diame-ter.Small-tail Han sheep become crucial experimental animals in cervical biomechanics research and in the cervical spinal cord changing researches.They authors conducted about 100 cases of spine surgery in small-tail Han sheep as experimental animals,such as cervical spinal cord compression models,interbody fusion model of sheep back,cervical laminectomy,and different cervical spine models.Now surgery operation points and associated perioperative managements were summarized in order to provide useful experiences for researchers.%小尾寒羊的颈椎在椎体、椎管、椎弓根、椎骨密度等方面与人类颈椎的变化趋势有很多相似性,成为研究颈椎病发生、发展和转归的重要实验用动物.近年来笔者共进行了百余例小尾寒羊的骨科脊柱手术动物实验,其中有颈部脊髓压迫模型、腰椎体间融合模型、颈椎椎板切除模型、颈部椎体手术方式及人工椎体植入等,笔者结合实践经验将小尾寒羊脊柱手术围手术期术前、术中及术后管理要点及操作步骤总结如下,旨在为从事相关动物实验人员提供有益的经验和借鉴.
