疏肝益阳胶囊联合万艾可对糖尿病男性性功能障碍患者血清睾酮、雌二醇水平及性功能的影响

摘要

Objective:To study the effect ofShugan Yiyang capsule combined with viagra on the serum testosterone (T),estradiol (E2) levels and sexual function in diabetic male sexual dysfunction patients.Methods:A total of 94 male patients with diabetic sexual dysfunction who were admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table.The control group was treated with Viagra,and the observation group was treated with Shugan Yiyang capsule on the basis of control group.Then the clinical efficacy,international erectile function index 5 (IIEF-5) questionnaire score,partial androgen deficiency (PADAM) questionnaire score,serum testosterone (T),estradiol (E2) levels were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the overall effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The IIEF-5 score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The PADAM score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The serum T hormone level was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05),the serum E2 level was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Yiyang capsule combined with viagra could effectively enhance the clinical efficacy and improve the patient's sexual function in the treatment of male diabetes mellitus patients with sexual dysfunction,which might be related to the increase of serum T levels and the decrease of serum E2 levels.%目的:探讨疏肝益阳胶囊联合万艾可对糖尿病男性性功能障碍患者血清生殖激素睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)水平和性功能的影响.方法:选择2015年7月到2016年7月我院接诊的94例糖尿病男性性功能障碍患者,通过随机数表法分作观察组及对照组,每组47例.时照组使用万艾可进行治疗,观察组在其基础上加用疏肝益阳胶囊进行联合治疗.比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后国际勃起功能指数-5(IEF-5)问卷表测评评分、部分雄激素缺乏(PADAM)问卷评分、生殖激素睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)水平的变化.结果:治疗后,观察组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),IIEF-5评分显著高于对照组(P＜0.05),PADAM评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05),血清T激素水平明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),血清E2激素水平明显低于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:疏肝益阳胶囊联合万艾可治疗糖尿病男性性功能障碍可有效提高临床疗效,改善患者性功能,可提高血清T水平,降低E2水平.
