FT合成反应器管束的设计与制造

         

摘要

FT合成反应是强放热反应, 热效应较大, 经常出现局部温度过高引起催化剂活性及反应产物的收率降低, 所以有效地移出反应热是反应器设计中首先要考虑的问题, 因此管束部件的设计与制造成了FT合成反应器的关键.通过对管束在设计方法上的选取及应用、在制造过程中需要控制的关键环节及方法进行了比较详细的阐述, 目的就是为了设计并制造出满足工艺需求的、高精度、结构更为合理的管束部件.%FT synthesis reaction is a strong exothermic reaction, in which the thermal effect is comparatively large. Often high local temperature made the activity of catalyst and the yield of reaction products reduced, so it was the ?rst issue in the design of the reactorto effectively remove reaction heat. The design and manufacture of tube bundles became the key to construct FT synthesis reactor. In this paper, the selection and application of design method for the tube bundle, and the key steps and methods needed to be controlled in manufacturing process were described in detail. It was aim to design and produce more appropriate tube bundle which can meet all of the requirements in process, precision and structure.
