工业泵提高效能的途径及解决方案

摘要

The factors influencing the efficiencies of industrial pump and pump unit were analyzed in this article. Then combined with large amount of practical engineering experiences, from the respects of design, used techniques, fabrication, type selection and application, the route and scheme for increasing pump efficiency were proposed so as to reach the objective of overall energy saving and efficiency enhancement. It has been shown from the result that the scheme is effective and it can be applied in engineering.%分析了影响工业泵以及泵机组效能的因素，以此入手，结合大量工程实践经验，分别从设计、技术应用、制造、选型、客户使用等几方面提出了工业泵提高效能的途径及解决方案，以达到工业泵整体节能增效的目的。结果表明，所提出的解决方案全面而行之有效，可应用于工程实践中。
