循环氢压缩机高压干气密封“硬对硬”摩擦副国产化技术分析

         

摘要

Recycle hydrogen compressor loaded with more than 13.0MPa pressure is mainly used in wax oil hydrogenation, hydrocracking, residual oil hydrogenation and other refining plants. The high pressure dry gas seals used in the compressor are all imported from abroad. Thus, the high investment cost and expensive purchase cost are always plagued users. In this paper, the imported high pressure dry gas seal with"hard to hard"friction pair used in recycle hydrogen compressor for Fushun oil plant 2 million tons/year hydrocracking project was introduced, the necessity of home-made seal spare parts was discussed, and the design technology of friction pair"hard to hard"was analyzed.%压力>13.0 MPa循环氢压缩机主要用于蜡油加氢、加氢裂化、渣油加氢等炼油装置中,其使用的高压干气密封全部为进口产品,投资成本高、备件采购费用昂贵问题一直困扰着用户。文章通过介绍某石油二厂2 Mt/a加氢裂化项目循环氢压缩机进口高压干气密封(“硬对硬”摩擦副)的使用情况,探讨密封备件实施国产化的必要性,以及对摩擦副“硬对硬”的设计技术进行深入浅出的分析。
