大乙烯装置“乙烯三机”国产干气密封首台套应用技术论证

摘要

With the establishment of 800 kt/a ethylene plant,which was developed with self technology,in SINOPEC Wuhan branch,the core machine set-three compressors used in ethylene plant has been made by China,and the monopoly of foreign companies has been broken.But the key component-dry gas seal is still used exported one.In refinery and petrochemical integrating project in Zhong Ke company,the first home-made dry gas seal will be applied.In this article,the use of dry gas seal in the compressors in ethylene plants in China was investigated.The technical difficulties in use of dry gas seal were stated,and the industrial application of home-made dry gas seal was discussed from technical view point.%随着中国石化自主技术800 kt/a乙烯装置在武汉石化分公司建成,乙烯装置的核心机组“乙烯三机”实现了全部国产化,打破了国外公司的技术垄断.但作为“乙烯三机”关键部件的干气密封仍采用进口产品,国产化需求迫切.依托中科炼化一体化项目,将推进“乙烯三机”国产密封的首台套应用.对国内在役“乙烯三机”密封进行了调研,对“乙烯三机”干气密封应用的技术难点进行了阐述,并从技术角度对国产密封的工业应用进行论证.
