延迟焦化装置关键管道布置方案比较

摘要

In this article,exampled with two delayed coking plants-plant A and plant B,which have been put into productions,the layout schemes for oil transfer pipeline,four-way valve pipeline and large oil-gas pipeline were analyzed and compared.From the result it was concluded the pipeline layout in plant B has the advantages in convenient operation and maintenance,effective improvement for protection of vibration,reduction of loads acting on nozzle in heating furnace and protection of leakage from the flange connected with four-way valve.The conclusion can be referenced in later design for pipeline layout.%以已投产的A、B两套延迟焦化装置为例,对比分析转油线、四通阀管线及大油气线等关键管道的布置方案.B装置的管道布置具有便于操作维修,能有效改善管道振动、加热炉管嘴受力及四通阀法兰面泄露等优点,在以后的管道布置中可借鉴运用.
