PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a manager or an employee to quickly recognize a change in the internal and external information of an enterprise to thereby take an appropriate countermeasure by issuing a warning when the enterprise can not follow up a change in an external environment, or when an argument is made excessively ahead of the external environment in the enterprise.;SOLUTION: The keyword comparison system is configured to store information related with a keyword by extracting the keyword included in an electronic file existing inside and outside the enterprise, and to calculate the number of times of appearance or the frequency of appearance of the keyword in the electronic file existing inside and outside the enterprise based on the information related with the keyword, and to determine the gap of the number of times of appearance or the frequency of appearance of the keyword in the electronic file existing inside and outside the enterprise by using the calculated number of times of appearance or the calculated frequency of appearance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
