磁铁粉品位测量系统的研究

     

摘要

The measuring methods for the grade of magnetic iron powder have been researched; and the measuring system based on PIC MCU is proposed.The sensor of the system is energized with sinusoidal signal; the sinusoidal voltages at two ends of the coil of measuring sensor are measured by the vector method for greatly eliminating the influence of inner resistance of the coil, thus the measurement accuracy is enhanced.This is useful in the situation of sensor made of enamel-insulated wire.The result of experiment indicates that the system satisfies the demands of precisely and rapidly measurement for magnetic iron powder in process of production and trading.%对磁铁粉品位测量方法进行了研究,提出了基于PIC单片机的磁铁粉品位测量系统.系统传感器以正弦信号为激励信号,采用向量的方法测量传感线圈两端的正弦电压值,彻底避免了线圈内阻的影响,提高了测量精度,这在以线绕漆包线圈作为信号传感器的场合有较好的利用价值.实验结果表明,系统能够满足磁铁粉在生产过程和贸易中准确且迅速测定的需求.
