一种燃气锅炉温度及水位控制系统设计

             

摘要

针对国内家庭取暖燃气锅炉温度及水位控制的应用需求,设计了一种温度、水位自动控制系统.系统以AT89S51单片机作为核心控制芯片,利用PID算法对检测信号与设定值的差值进行调节,然后输出控制信号控制通入燃气的开关,以控制温度.介绍了系统所包括的各模块以及采用单片机汇编语言对上述模块进行软件编程的方法.经测试,该系统能够实现锅炉温度与水位的显示、控制及报警.%A temperature and water level automatic control system is designed to meet the demands for temperature and water level control of gas fired boiler used in domestic heating application. With AT89S51 single chip computer as the kernel control chip, and by adopting P1D algorithm to regulate the difference between the detected signal and the set point, the system outputs the control signal for controlling the inlet gas switch, thus the temperature is under control. The modules included in the system and the software programming method using single chip computer assembly language for these modules are introduced. The test results show that this system realizes the functions of display, control and alarm for the temperature and water level of the boiler.
