面向数字化制造业的XBOM/CAM集成系统研究

             

摘要

In implementing digitalized manufacturing,some of the enterprises are facing the problems of low level of information management and low efficiency of manufacturing.Thus the UG-based XBOM/CAM integration system development method is put forward.In this system,firstly,through BOM multi-view mapping algorithm,the design BOM is converted into process planning BOM and manufacturing BOM; then,the cutting parameters optimization mathematical model is built,and with the information provided by process planning BOM and manufacturing BOM as the basis,by using emulated annealing genetic algorithm for solving the mathematical model,to obtain optimal cutting parameters; finally by calling UG/CAM module,to generate the NC machining G code.%针对企业在实施数字化制造过程中所面临的信息管理水平及制造效率低下问题,提出了基于UG的XBOM/CAM集成系统开发方法.在该系统中,首先通过物料清单(BOM)多视图映射算法将设计BOM转换为工艺BOM和制造BOM;然后建立切削参数优化数学模型,并以工艺BOM和制造BOM所提供的信息为依据,采用模拟退火遗传算法求解数学模型,从而获取最优的切削参数;最后调用UG/CAM模块,生成数控加工G代码.
