面向中小企业的橡胶磨具CAD／CAM集成系统研究

摘要

According to the problems existing in domestic small and medium-sized abrasive tool manufacturers,the CAD/CAM integrated system of rubber-bonded abrasive tool for small and medium-sized enterprises was developed. The manufacturing process of rubber-bonded abrasive tool was analyzed. The design methods of architecture and database were discussed. Some key technologies of the system were studied,including computer-aided formula design,CAD/CAM integrated technology,vulcanization curve generation module,process card generation technology,etc. Rapid design of process parameters and automatic generation of process card were im-plemented.%针对我国中小型磨削工具制造企业存在的问题，提出开发面向中小企业的橡胶磨具CAD/CAM集成系统。对橡胶磨具的制造工艺过程进行了分析，论述了系统的总体结构和数据库设计方法，对系统中的一些关键技术进行了研究，包括计算机辅助配方设计、CAD/CAM集成技术、硫化曲线生成模块及工艺卡片自动生成技术等。该系统实现了橡胶磨具工艺参数的快速设计和工艺卡片的自动生成。
