核电厂严重事故氢气监测系统的设计与研究

             

摘要

基于数字化仪控技术和国内外最新法规标准,提出先进核电厂严重事故下安全壳内氢气监测系统设计准则和设计方案,以规范氢气监测系统设计. 系统设计准则规定氢气监测系统为非安全级,主要功能为记录和诊断事故进程. 设计方案冗余性和多样性合理、可靠性高,具备严重事故后氢气浓度在线连续监测、计算、记录、显示和报警功能,可在核电厂严重事故后特定的时间内为操纵员提供充足的数据,用于评估和诊断安全壳完整性,以指导操纵员采取合理的动作降低安全壳内氢气浓度. 该系统设计准则适用于先进核电厂安全壳内氢气监测系统设计,设计方案合理可行,具有较高的可靠性和可用性.%Based on digitized I&C technology and the latest regulations and standards at home and abroad, the design criteria and design scheme for hydrogen monitoring system in containment shell under severe accidents in advanced nuclear power plants are proposed to standardize the system design. The criteria of system design prescribes that the hydrogen monitoring is non-safety level, its main functions are recording and diagnoseing the processes of accident. The design scheme is reasonable in redundancy and diversity, and highly reliable; it possesses various functions of online monitoring, calculate, record, display and alarm for hydrogen concentration after severe accident; it can provide operators sufficient data within specific time after the accident to evaluate the integrity of the containment shell, and guide the operator taking reasonable actions to reduce the concentration of hydrogen in the shell. This system design criteria are suitable for hydrogen monitoring of the containment shell of advanced nuclear power plants;the design scheme is reasonable and feasible, and possesses higher reliability and availability.
