核电厂主控室大屏幕系统设计与应用探讨

     

摘要

主控室是核电厂监视和控制中心. 目前大屏幕显示技术在主控室已获得了广泛应用,其主要用于显示电厂总貌,并为操纵员提供电厂关键参数、重要设备状态和安全系统状态,使进入主控室的工作人员能够快速了解电厂当前运行状况. 结合法规标准要求、国内外核电厂主控室大屏幕应用情况以及实际工程经验,对核电厂主控室大屏幕选型、系统配置、布置设计、抗震设计、画面设计等关键环节进行深入分析探讨,并总结出工程设计应用中的技术要点,为后续主控室大屏幕设计及应用提供参考和借鉴.%The main control room (MCR) is the surveillance and control center of nuclear power plant. At present, the technology of large display panel (LDP) is widely used in main control room to display the total appearance of the power plant, and provide operators the critical parameters, status of important equipment and safety system of the power plant, to make the personnel entering main control room learn the current operating conditions of the plant promptly. The key points including selection of large display panels, system configuration, layout design, aseismic design and graphical design, etc. , are analyzed and discussed combining with the requirements in regulations and standards and the application situations in nuclear power plant at home and abroad as well as the engineering experiences;and the main technical points in engineering design application are summarized, to provide reference for design and application of large display panels in subsequence main control rooms.
