矿用隔爆型电动阀门执行器的研发与应用

         

摘要

At present,in most of the ground permanent gas pumping stations and power generation stations of coal mines,due to the fact that the traditional manual operated valves are used,remote operation and automatic logic control cannot be implemented for the pipeline system;to solve the problems,the control theory based on RS-485 is proposed.Adopting the local and intrinsic safe button and PC KingVIEW configuration software,the explosion isolated electric valve actuator for mining use is designed and developed to control On/Off and opening of the valve on spot and lemotely.Combined with the management software,the remote,automatic control and opening control can be realized,and the working principle is expounded.The valve actuator features low maintenance cost,simple and convenient operation,high control precision and low failure rate.Through the practical application in the coal mine site for a long period,the explosion isolated electric valve actuator can completely implement the automatic control according to the logic program and procedures programmed in advance.It is of great significance for the relevant coal enterprises to realize the automation and reduce the labor intensity of the workers in the pipeline systems of the gas extraction and coalbed methane utilization.%针对当前绝大多数煤矿地面永久瓦斯抽放泵站及发电站,在传统手动阀门的使用过程中,管道系统存在无法实现远程操作及按照逻辑程序实现自动化控制等问题,提出了基于RS-485总线型控制理论.采用就地本安按钮及上位机组态王软件,研发了一种矿用隔爆型电动阀门执行器,实现了阀门就地及远程开、关,以及部分开度控制.结合配套管理软件能实现远程、自动控制及开度控制,并阐述其工作原理等内容.本阀门执行器具有维护成本低、操作简单方便、执行器控制精度高、故障率低等特点.通过在煤矿现场长期实际应用情况,表明矿用隔爆型电动阀门执行器完全能够按照事先编制的逻辑关系程序及步骤实现自动化控制,对相关煤炭企业在瓦斯抽采与煤层气利用的管道系统中实现自动化及减少值班人员工作劳动强度等有着重要意义.
