差压式管道内检测器自平衡泄流调速装置研究

         

摘要

The running speed of the inner pipeline detector greatly affects the detection accuracy of defects,most of existing discharge control device adopt the motor driven valve to realize accurate control of the speed of the detector,but the online detection of the inner detector is restricted by the distance and the battery capacity and other factors,this method is difficult to be widely used in existing technical conditions.In order to solve this problem,the flow field numerical model is established,and aiming at this model,the numerical simulation and force analysis are conducted,thus the simple structural passive self-balancing discharge speed regulating device is designed on the basis of analysis,in this device,anarc triangle adjustment sheet is used as the regulation unit,the speed control tests are conducted for this device.The test results show that this self-balancing discharge speed regulation device can effectively adjust the driving force of the inner detector,and control its speed to achieve a stable state in a short period of time.Besides,there is no need to consider the assembly of electronic components,and the sealing issue,it has strong practicability and important engineering application value.%管道内检测器的运行速度对于其缺陷检测精度有着重要的影响.现有泄流调速装置大多采用电机驱动阀门的方式来实现对内检测器速度的精确控制,但由于内检测器在线检测作业时受距离以及电池容量等问题的制约,在现有技术条件下这种方法难以实现广泛应用.为解决这个问题,建立了一种泄流状态下内检测器的流场数值模型.针对该模型进行了数值模拟和受力分析,设计了一种由弧三角形调节片作为调节单元、结构简单实用的无源自平衡式泄流调速装置,并针对该泄流装置进行了速度控制试验.试验结果表明,该自平衡式泄流调速装置能对内检测器的驱动力进行有效调节,控制其速度在短时间内达到稳定状态.该泄流装置无需考虑装配电子器件和密封问题,具有很强的实用性和重要的工程应用价值.
