案例教学法在消化内科教学中的应用体会

         

摘要

目的:探讨案例教学法在消化内科临床教学中的应用效果.方法:将接受消化内科实习的60名学生作为研究对象,入科实习时分为两组.对照组30名学生使用传统教学法,观察组30名学生使用案例教学法.对比两组学生的教学效果.结果:案例教学法在理论知识掌握、提高主动学习能力、团结合作能力、总结归纳能力和临床思维能力等方面均优于传统教学方法,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:案例教学法在教学效果上优于传统教学法,特别是病例的总结归纳能力和临床思维能力的提高明显优于传统教学法,明显提升临床医学生的实际工作能力.%Objective:To explore the application effect of case teaching method in clinical teaching of gastroenterology department.Methods:All 60 students who accepted internship in gastroenterology were selected as research subjects.In the control group, 30 students were taught by traditional teaching method and 30 students in the observation group were taught by case method.The teaching effects of different teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results:The teaching method of case teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method in the mastery of theoretical knowledge, improvement of active learning, the ability to unite and cooperate, the ability of summing up and induction and the ability of clinical thinking.The difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Case teaching method is better than traditional teaching method in teaching effect, especially the improvement of summary and induction ability and clinical thinking ability of cases is obviously superior to traditional teaching method, and it is obvious to improve the practical ability of clinical medical students.
