我院PIVAS与临床科室电话咨询问题分析及改进措施

         

摘要

目的:提高静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)药师临床服务水平和服务质量,进一步促进临床用药安全、合理和有效.方法:分析青海省人民医院PIVAS 2017年7月与临床科室电话咨询涉及问题,实施针对性改进措施,并与改进前进行对比.结果:改进后PIVAS电话咨询数量和病区医嘱提交不及时等问题明显减少.结论:本次改进方法有效可行,可显著提高PIVAS和临床的工作效率.%Objective: To improve the clinical service level and service quality of PIVAS pharmacists, and further promote the safety, rationality and effectiveness of clinical treatment. Methods: Analyzing the issues involved in the telephone consultation between PIVAS and clinical departments in July 2017, taking some targeted improvement measures and then comparing results with the before ones. Results: The number of PIVAS telephone consultation and the issues of falling to submit medical advice in time decreased significantly after the improvement. Conclusion: The improved measures are effective and feasible, and can significantly enhance the working efficiency of PIVAS and clinic.
