品管圈活动在提高护士对体温单绘制质量中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨品管圈活动在提高护士对电子体温单绘制质量中的应用。方法：成立品管圈活动小组，对护士进行相关培训，加强科室管理，制订标准化录入流程，加强宣教，与信息科共同优化系统等。结果：实施品管圈活动提高了护士绘制电子体温单的正确率（P <0.05）。结论：品管圈活动有利于提高护士绘制电子体温单的规范性。%Objective:To discuss the method of quality control circle(QCC)activities in improving the quality of nurses on temperature records drawing. Methods:Setting up the QCC team to related training nurses,strengthen the management of de-partments,formulate standard input process,strengthen the education of nurses,and to jointly optimize system with information centre,etc. Results:The implementation of QCC activities enhanced the correct rate of nurse drawing electronic temperature re-cords(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:QCC activities can help nurses to improve a normative on drawing electronic temperature re-cords.
