参与式管理与质量控制结合提高体温单绘制质量

摘要

目的 提高体温单绘制质量,减少因体温单绘制缺陷而导致的医疗纠纷和医生对护理工作的不满.方法 采取参与式管理的方法,护士与护士长共同参与体温单绘制的质量控制.结果 体温单绘制质量显著提高,医生对护理工作的满意度提高,未发生因体温单绘制缺陷而导致的医疗纠纷.结论 护士共同参与体温单质量控制,可提高体温单绘制质量.%Objective To improve the quality of temperature sheet,reduce medical disputes caused by defects in the temperature sheet and increase the doctors' satisfaction with nurses. Method Participation management was applied in the quality control of temperature sheet. Results The quality of temperature sheet was significantly improved and the doctors' satisfaction with nurses were increased. The rate of medical dispute caused by the defects in temperature sheet was ze-ro. Conclusion Participation management can effectively improve the quality of temperature sheet.
