不同剂量氢氯噻嗪对长期服药患者血尿酸及电解质的影响

摘要

目的：研究不同剂量氢氯噻嗪对长期服药者血尿酸及电解质的影响。方法：将98例长期服用氢氯噻嗪的患者随机分为小剂量组（12.5 mg，每日2次）49例和中大剂量组（25 mg，每日2次）49例，服药8周后随访血尿酸及电解质。结果：小剂量组血尿酸升高明显低于中大剂量组（P ＜0.05），血钾、钠、氯降低明显低于中大剂量组（P ＜0.05）。结论：长期使用小剂量较大剂量氢氯噻嗪的安全性更好。%Objective:To study the effects of different doses of hydrochlorothiazide on serum uric acid and electrolyte of the patients who long - term take hydrochlorothiazide. Methods:Nighty - eight cases of long - term taking hydrochlorothiazide were randomly divided into low dosage group(49 cases,12. 5 mg,bid)and high dose group(49 cases,25 mg,bid),8 weeks af-ter treatment follow - up of blood uric acid and electrolyte. Results:Serum uric acidi of low dose group was significantly lower than that in high dose group(P < 0. 05),serum potassium,sodium,chlorine was significantly lower than in the high dose group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Long term use of low dose hydrochlorothiazide is safer than using high doses of it.
