介绍PCB企业设备维修管理系统产生的背景,并结合我司设备[1]维修管理的运作特点,分析其设备维修管理的需求,研究和开发了以预防为主的设备维修管理系统,通过无纸化的管理作业实现了提升设备维修效率、减少停机时间保证生产不间断运行、严格控制备件消耗的设备管理的目标。%This paper presents the background of PCB enterprise equipment maintenance management Systems. It combines the operational characteristics of our equipment maintenance management, to analyze their needs, what＇s more, to research and develop prevention-oriented equipment maintenance management systems .So that it achieves the Management operations goals that improved equipment maintenance efficiency, reduce downtime to ensure uninterrupted production run, strict control of spare parts consumption device management through paperless.
