外层挠性的刚挠结合板铣板方式探讨

摘要

挠性板在外层结构的刚挠结合板，由于基材PI材质柔软，机械铣加工外型时在挠性板边缘容易产生大量的毛刺且难以清理。文章从外层挠性刚挠结合板结构分析及加工机理出发，分析毛刺产生的原因及原理，进行DOE验证，找出了关键因素，提出了改善方法，成功地解决了外层挠性刚挠结合铣板毛刺问题。%For the lfexible board in the outer structure of the rigid-lfex PCB, the lfexible base material is soft, the burr is easy to be produced at the edge of lfexible board and is dififcult to be cleaned up in NC milling. This paper analyses the reason and mechanism of generating burr, through DOE, and gets the key factors, and gives the improvement methods.
