美国、英国和澳大利亚资优教育国际比较及启示

     

摘要

The United States, the United Kingdom and Australia attach great importance to the developing gifted and talented education, and promote its development through system guarantee and teaching practice, forming a four-party cooperative system of gifted and talented education development among the state, society, schools and families. However, developing gifted and talented education also faces problems such as lack of unified guidance for top-level design, shortage of funds for the development, imperfect training mechanism and insufficient number of professional teachers. This paper, systematically sorting out and comparing the system guarantee and teaching practice of gifted and talented education in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia, provides references for the development of gifted and talented education as well as the cultivation of innovative talents in China in terms of the policy support, cultivation system, teaching evaluation and teacher quality.%美国、英国及澳大利亚高度重视资优教育,并通过制度保障和教学实践全面推进资优教育发展,形成了国家、社会、学校和家庭四方合作的资优教育发展体系.与此同时也面临着顶层设计缺乏统一指导、资优教育发展资金短缺、资优生培养机制尚不完善及专业资优生教师人数不足等问题.本文通过梳理并比较美国、英国及澳大利亚资优教育发展,对我国资优教育发展与创新人才培养在政策支持、培养体系、教学评价及教师质量等方面提供参考借鉴.
