颅外段脑动脉狭窄介入诊断体会

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the condition of vessels through the interventional diagnosis of extracranial cerebral artery stenosis, and to prepare for interventional treatment. Methods A total of 60 patients who were hospitalized and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were enrolled as subjects. Digital subtraction angiography was applied to perform interventional diagnosis for all patients, and the patients who met the indications for interventional treatment received angioplasty and stenting. Results Of all the patients with extracranial cerebral artery stenosis who underwent digital subtraction angiography, 32 patients met the indications for interventional treatment (a total of 35 angiopathies). These patients all achieved some improvement after angioplasty and stenting, and did not experience any adverse event. Conclusion Digital subtraction angiography as the interventional diagnostic tool for patients with extracranial cerebral artery stenosis and angioplasty and stenting performed for patients who meet the indications for interventional treatment have the advantages of a high success rate, good safety, and few complications.%目的 通过颅外段脑动脉狭窄介入诊断了解患者的血管情况,为介入治疗做好准备. 方法 随机选择自2014年6月至2015年6月期间,我院收治的60例颅外段脑动脉狭窄患者为研究对象. 对所有患者采用数字化血管造影技术实施介入诊断,选出符合介入治疗指征的患者行血管成形支架置入术. 结果 60例颅外段脑动脉狭窄患者经过数字减影血管造影介入诊断,共32例患者符合介入治疗指征(总血管病变35支). 32例颅外段脑动脉狭窄患者通过血管成形支架置入术治疗,均有不同程度改善,无出现不良反应. 结论 对颅外段脑动脉狭窄患者进行DSA介入诊断,为符合介入治疗指征的患者行血管成形支架置入术,具有成功率高、安全性好和并发症少的优点.
