ANSYS analysis on the full model of the HDPE product discharge tank is comprehensively introduced. Based on fatigue analysis process presented in FOCT P 52857.6—2007, a new method for high - cycle fatigue analysis is proposed, and a maximum stress strength node sub - model is introduced in detail. The analytical results agree well with the practical fatigue life of the pressure vessels in application.
