温度对循环载荷作用下内压直管棘轮效应的影响

     

摘要

为了保障核电压力管道安全运行,本文研究了温度对核电站一回路辅助奥氏体不锈钢Z2 CND18.12 N内压直管在循环载荷作用下棘轮效应的影响。非线性随动硬化模型和C-TDF方法分别用来评定循环载荷作用下内压直管的棘轮效应和棘轮边界。结果发现,直管的棘轮应变主要发生在环向,初始棘轮应变率较大,然后随着循环圈数减小;棘轮应变随着温度的增加而增大;内压直管的棘轮边界与温度无关。%In order to guarantee the safe operation of nuclear piping ,the effect of temperature on the ratch-etting behavior of Austenitic stainless steel Z 2CND18.12N pressurized straight pipe was studiedon the pri-mary auxiliary piping loop of nuclear power plants .Nonlinear kinematic hardening model and C -TDF method was applied to investigate the ratchetting behavior and ratcheting boundary ,respectively.Ratche-ting strain of straight pipe mainly occuredin the hoop direction .The results showed that initial ratcheting rate was large and then decreased with the increasing of cycles .The ratchettingstrain increased with the increasing of temperatures .Theratccheting boundary was not affected by the temperature .
